@larapro4: #TransformationTuesday A little over a year ago I decided to make a change. I decided to focus most of my workouts on strength training.. I made my cardio shorter but more intense (instead of a long 60-80 min on elliptical bored outta my mind)👎, and completely changed the way I looked at food🍴. I’m healthier, happier and have a confidence I’ve never had before☺😄. I’m blessed to have a job where I can help people reach those same goals! . If anyone is interested in meal planning or workout routines or interested in the 24 day challenge email me! I’d be happy to help 😁💪 . @Laraprofitness@gmail.com

An American soldier kisses his girlfriend goodbye at Penn Station, New York, 1944.

this is heartbreaking

Photos like this make me wonder: Did he live? Did he ever return home? Did they ever get married, start a family? Or did he die, and she was left to go on without him? As tragic as it seems, that happened so many times during WWII, and looking at these two, it makes you wonder if they were they any different. I really hope so; I hope they got their happy ending.
